The platform reads the proof. A person decides what is unsure.

How an inter-apartment tournament checks who is playing from where. A player uploads an address proof with the number covered, the platform reads the name, apartment and flat and compares them with the registration, and a confident match verifies the pass. Anything unsure goes to a person in the organiser's proof queue; nothing is refused automatically. Up to 20 proofs can be uploaded at once, and documents are deleted 14 days after the tournament.
