A few puzzles a day, and games with a friend or a bot.
Sign in with a phone, make Home yours, and keep emergency numbers close.
Plan blocks for meditation, yoga, reading and a walk. When your timer or your phone's steps show it is done, the block closes itself. No ticking boxes, no leaderboard, no one watching.

Start a circle by sending a friend an emailed link. Then share costs, lend things, and play chess or Ludo, against a bot or each other. People only appear when you invite them.
